The TipMistr platform (the “service”) provides exclusively informational, analytical and educational content relating to football matches. The service is not a bookmaker, does not operate gambling, does not accept bets and does not broker bets.
All published tips, predictions and analyses represent expert opinions and statistical estimates, not guaranteed forecasts of results. No information provided by the service constitutes an invitation, recommendation or instruction to place a bet.
The service is in no way affiliated with Tipsport or any other bookmaker. Any links to bookmaker websites are for information only.
Analyses and tips are created using a combination of statistical models, automated analytical tools including artificial intelligence, and editorial processing. The presentation of the service, including the introduction of the analytical team, photographs, names and references, may contain illustrative and marketing elements that serve to present the brand and may not correspond to real persons.
The odds quoted with tips reflect the moment the analysis was prepared and may change at bookmakers at any time. The operator is not responsible for any difference between the quoted and the current odds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator excludes any liability for direct or indirect financial losses, lost profit or any other damage arising in connection with the use of the content of the service.
Every decision to place a bet is exclusively the user's own voluntary decision, made at their own risk and responsibility. The recommended stake shown with tips is an informational calculation only, not an instruction.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports results are inherently uncertain. The success statistics displayed on the website are based on the history of evaluated tips and are for information only.
The user is obliged to make sure that participation in betting is legal in their jurisdiction. Responsibility for compliance with local laws lies exclusively with the user.
Registration is voluntary and free of charge. The user is obliged to provide truthful information and protect their login credentials against misuse. The user is responsible for activity carried out under their account.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, fraudulent conduct or abuse of promotions, without compensation.
The user may request account cancellation at any time at support@tipmistr.cz.
By purchasing a tip, the user buys one-off access to an analytical document, not a guarantee of a result. Given the nature of digital content, which is delivered immediately after payment, all payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under the applicable consumer protection regulations.
Prices are shown in CZK, EUR or GBP depending on the language version and include all service fees. The operator reserves the right to change prices at any time; a change does not affect purchases already paid for.
The service allows ordering a personal analysis, i.e. a tip prepared to order for an upcoming match. The personal analysis is prepared and delivered by e-mail usually within 24 hours of the order, but no later than before the start of the recommended match.
If, in an exceptional case, the personal analysis cannot be prepared or delivered, the operator will refund the user the full amount paid. A refund in this case is the sole and complete compensation.
Membership is a recurring subscription that automatically unlocks all newly published analyses for the user throughout the active period. The available periods are monthly, three-month and twelve-month. Prices and any promotional prices are always shown on the membership page at the moment of ordering.
The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length until the user cancels it. Payment for the new period is charged at the beginning of that period.
All membership payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation must be made before the next payment is charged. If the subscription is cancelled after a payment has been charged, the membership remains active for the whole period already paid for, the amount paid is not refunded, and the membership ends only at the end of that period.
Cancellation can be done at any time in the account section or at support@tipmistr.cz. After cancellation, access to the content remains until the end of the paid period.
New members may be offered a trial period (e.g. 3 days). If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription according to the selected plan.
If a payment for a new period fails (for example due to insufficient funds, an expired or declined card), the membership is paused. While paused, the user has no access to newly published analyses and does not receive them by e-mail. Timely payment and valid payment details are solely the user's responsibility; the paused period is not compensated or extended. The membership resumes once a payment is successfully received.
Membership does not guarantee a specific number of analyses published in a given period, nor their success. A losing analysis does not give rise to any right to a refund or to an extension of the membership.
The operator may offer time-limited promotional prices, discounts and one-off benefits (for example a reduced price for a personal analysis). Crossed-out prices indicate the standard price applicable outside the promotion.
There is no legal entitlement to discounts and promotions, they are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money and may be changed or terminated at any time. A discount applies only to purchases made while it is valid.
A registered user may obtain a personal referral link and become a partner. The operator pays the partner a commission on purchases made by users who register through that link. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
Commission rates on the sales generated by the partner: 50% up to €15,000 in sales, 60% above €15,000 and 70% above €25,000. The rate increases automatically once the relevant threshold is reached and applies to subsequent sales. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding refunds and payment gateway fees.
Attribution: a user is credited to the partner if they register within 7 days of clicking the referral link. Commission is recurring, i.e. it also arises from that user's further purchases and membership renewals.
First payout condition: at least 5 registered referred users and at least €50 in generated sales. Commission is paid to the bank account the partner enters in the payout details section; without valid payout details (legal name and account number / IBAN) no payout can be sent.
Commission on purchases that were refunded, cancelled or charged back does not give rise to any right to payment and may be deducted from a subsequent statement.
The following in particular is prohibited: registering yourself or persons under your control through your own link, unsolicited messaging (spam), misleading or untrue claims about performance and earnings, impersonating the operator or its staff, offering your own cash rewards for registration, and advertising the service to persons under 18. A breach may lead to immediate termination of participation and forfeiture of commissions not yet paid out.
The partner is solely responsible for taxation and any levies on commissions received in their jurisdiction. The operator does not fulfil any tax obligations on the partner's behalf.
There is no legal entitlement to participation in the programme or to a specific commission amount. The operator reserves the right to change or terminate the rates, thresholds, payout conditions or the entire programme at any time; a change does not affect commissions already accrued and settled.
The operator runs a channel on the Telegram platform where it publishes announcements about new analyses, settled results and supporting content. Joining the channel is voluntary and free of charge and it can be left at any time.
Content in the channel has the same informational character and the same exclusions of liability as the content on the website. The operator is not responsible for the availability, operation or terms of the Telegram platform, which is a third-party service governed by its own rules.
The operator may, at its own discretion, provide free content, welcome gifts, promotions or free tips. There is no legal entitlement to free content, its provision may be changed or terminated at any time, and the same exclusions of liability apply to it as to paid content.
The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By registering or completing a purchase, the user declares and confirms that they have reached the age of 18. The operator is not responsible for a false declaration by the user.
Betting can be addictive. Only bet money you can afford to lose. If you suspect a gambling problem, seek professional help, e.g. at www.begambleaware.org.
The following in particular is prohibited: sharing, reselling or publicly publishing purchased analyses; automated downloading of website content (scraping); circumventing payment mechanisms; abusing promotions; impersonating another person; disrupting the operation or security of the service.
A breach may lead to the immediate blocking of the account without compensation and to the recovery of damages incurred.
All analyses, texts, graphics, logos and the design of the service are protected by copyright and are the property of the operator. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or public sharing of purchased analyses without the operator's prior written consent is prohibited. A purchased analysis is intended exclusively for the buyer's personal use.
The operator sends users transactional e-mails (tip delivery, evaluation, account administration) and may send commercial communications about new tips and news. You can unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time via the link in every e-mail or in your account settings.
Push notifications are voluntary and can be switched off at any time in the browser or device settings.
The operator is not responsible for service outages, errors, delays or non-delivery of e-mails or notifications caused by third parties (e-mail providers, payment gateway, hosting services), nor for damages arising from them. The operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems quickly.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as an independent payment processor. The operator does not store payment card numbers or other sensitive payment data.
The operator reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the service, the user agrees to the current version.
Legal relationships with users of the English version of the service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be resolved before the competent court.
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution; in the Czech Republic the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
