The controller of personal data is the operator of the TipMistr platform. For all requests concerning personal data, please use the contact e-mail privacy@tipmistr.cz.
Account data: e-mail address, name (if provided), password in encrypted form, or Google account identifier when signing in via Google, language preference and newsletter subscription settings.
Purchase data: records of purchased tips and personal analyses, amount, currency and time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card numbers.
Membership data: the selected plan, subscription status, end of the paid period, currency and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
E-mail alert settings: whether you have new-analysis alerts switched on and a record of unsubscribing.
Communication: messages sent via the contact form and e-mail correspondence with our support.
Push notifications: the technical device identifier (subscription token), if you voluntarily enable notifications.
Referral partner data: legal name, bank account number (IBAN), referral code, language and an overview of users registered under that code and the sales they generated. We process this data to calculate and pay out commissions and for accounting purposes.
Optional account data: bookmaker and usual stake amount, if you fill them in yourself to personalise content.
Performance of a contract: account administration, delivery of purchased tips and personal analyses, management of membership and recurring payments, tip evaluation and support.
Legitimate interest: sending alerts about new tips and news to existing customers and registered users, prevention of fraud and abuse of promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail or in your account settings.
Consent: push notifications and marketing measurement (Meta Pixel). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal obligation: retention of tax and accounting records of payments.
We retain account data for as long as the account exists. We retain payment records for 10 years in accordance with tax and accounting regulations. After unsubscribing, the e-mail is immediately removed from mailings. After account cancellation, we delete data whose retention is not required by law.
We do not sell data. We only pass it on to processors necessary for the operation of the service: Stripe, Inc. (payments), Resend (e-mail infrastructure), Base44 (application hosting and database), Google (sign-in via Google account) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, only with consent). The processors have their own GDPR compliance programmes.
Some processors are based in the USA; data transfers take place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We use technical cookies and local storage necessary for the website to function (login, language preference). To measure advertising effectiveness, the website may use the Meta Pixel tool of Meta Platforms; it is only activated in accordance with the consent rules. Retargeting takes place only with your consent.
Push notifications about new tips are entirely voluntary. You enable them by explicit confirmation in your browser and they can be switched off at any time in the browser or device settings; we then delete the technical identifier.
E-mail alerts about new analyses are switched off by default and are enabled in the account settings. Active members receive them as part of their membership. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail or in your account settings.
Joining our Telegram channel is voluntary. Telegram is a third-party service and your data there (username, profile) is processed by the operator of Telegram under its own policies. We only run the channel and publish content in it; we do not automatically link it to your TipMistr account.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object to processing. Send requests to privacy@tipmistr.cz. We will respond within 30 days at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
Data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) and stored with vetted providers with controlled access. Passwords are stored exclusively in encrypted form.
